Arbre-Mobieu Warsaw 2018 plenary meeting

Arbre-Mobieu plenary meeting “Talking molecules: the network that shape the living world” in Warsaw, March 19-21, 2018 was supported by our research group members, dr inż Małgorzata Adamczyk and mgr Róża Szatkowska, as the part of the Local Organization Team. Dr inż Małgorzata Adamczyk as a member of Scientific Committee was chosen to chairing a conference session and gave brief presentation on “Revealing dynamic alpha-helical polymers of KfrAR751 plasmidic protein and mapping of its DNA- binding domain via biophysical measurements.”

Travel grants

We gratefully acknowledge the financial support from two organizations that lately awarded our PhD candidate, mgr Róża Szatkowska, with conference travel grants. Participation in 14th International School of Biophysics (23.08.-1.09.2018, Split, Croatia) is supported by Management Committee of the COST Action CA15126. The travel grant for attending the 15th International PhD Student Symposium “Horizons in Molecular Biology” (10-13.09.2018, Göttingen, Germany) is granted by Horizons Organization Committee. Our lab member, mgr Róża Szatkowska, was awarded by European Molecular Biology Organization with EMBO Short-Term Fellowship to carry out research in the laboratory of dr Christian Ludwig (Institute of Metabolism and Systems Research, University of Birmingham, United Kingdom) in November 2015. The topic of the research project was “NMR spectroscopic metabolism analysis of MAF1 deletion yeast strain“.
